Options to limit your account

Temporary pause (cool-off): account deactivated for 24 hours, a week, a month or three months. Reactivated automatically afterwards.

Self-exclusion: six months, one year or indefinite. Not lifted automatically — you must request reopening.

Withdraw any balance before closing. Once closed, withdrawals are no longer possible.

We retain personal data for five years after closure, in line with anti-money laundering and tax regulations. See privacy.

A permanently closed account cannot in principle be reopened. Consider a temporary pause first.
